Sarah Elizabeth Campbell

Sarah is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience designing and implementing effective compliance processes in complex healthcare organizations. In recent years, Sarah has focused her efforts on helping organizations assure that their Codes of Conduct and compliance and operational policies are designed and managed to facilitate compliance with legal, regulatory, accreditation and organizational requirements. Sarah also brings significant experience in evaluating and measuring the effectiveness of compliance programs. She has worked extensively with organizations to support business operations and company culture through the implementation and improvement of effective compliance processes. Sarah’s career experience includes managing the corporate policy approval and publication process for Tenet Healthcare Corporation, a Fortune 500, publicly traded health system. Sarah has also served as compliance and privacy officer for Creighton University Medical Center. She
has assisted hospital boards in meeting their fiduciary oversight obligations, and has facilitated effective working relationships with hospital medical staffs. Sarah has also worked extensively with physician practices, urgent care centers, provider-based settings, and mental health facilities.
In addition to her work with Arete, Sarah is President of OnPoint Policy – a boutique consulting firm that focuses on helping organizations establish sustainable compliance by creating, maintaining and training on effective organizational policies and written standards.
Sarah is an Adjunct Professor of Compliance Studies for Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she teaches three program courses: Drafting Policies & Procedures; Conducting Internal Investigations; and Health Care Compliance.
Representative Matters:
